Prices - USA and Canada
Description P/N Price Notes Semiconductor Test Pulser AVR-EB4-B $14236 Base model. Units with the -B suffix include the IEEE-488.2 GPIB and RS-232 computer control feature. Includes one AVX-TRR-MIX, unless otherwise specified. Internet control (Telnet and Web) -TNT $676 Option. Adds a rear-panel Ethernet connector, providing Telnet or Web-based remote control from a network. Alternative axial no-bend test jig -ANB $0 Option. This option replaces the standard test jig (AVX-TRR-MIX) with the AVX-TRR-ANB, which will accept DO-41 packages (0.205" x 0.107" body, max) and Microsemi Axial Type E packages (0.185" x 0.135" body, max). Unlike the standard jig, bending is NOT required to insert these packages. This jig will not accept any other type of package. Alternative test jig for DIP and mil-style flat pack with up to 16 pins -DIPFP $31962 Option. This option replaces the standard test jig (AVX-TRR-MIX or AVX-TFR-MIX) with a jig that will accommodate DIP packages with up to 16 pins (width = 0.3", pitch = 0.1") or, using a supplied adapter, mil-style flat-packs with up to 16 pins (width < 0.27", pitch = 0.050"). The instrument can be programmed to switch the input and output signals to any pair of pins on the device under test, using a system of internal relays. This is not available as a separate part number. It must be ordered as an option for the AVR-EB-series instrument. Rack Mount Kit -R5 $233 Option. For 17-inch-wide models only. Check datasheet for instrument dimensions. (All -B units are 17 inches). These prices are in U.S. dollars, and apply only within the United States and Canada. A 5% academic discount is available for North American universities.
