IEEE 488.2 GPIB, RS-232, Ethernet. Many Avtech pulse generators are available in the "-B" format, which offers computer control through standard IEEE488.2 GPIB and RS-232 ports. These units are also available with the -VXI Internet Control Option, which adds an Ethernet port for remote control using the VXI-11.3, ssh (secure shell), telnet, and http (web) protocols.

-VXI Option. The -VXI option adds a rear-panel Ethernet connector, allowing an instrument to be remotely controlled using the VXI-11.3, ssh (secure shell), telnet, and http (web) protocols. In particular, the VXI-11.3 features allows software like LabView to control an instrument using standard VISA communications drivers and network cabling, instead of using old-style GPIB controllers and cabling.

AV-112D-PS. A 0 to +50V, 125 Watt variable-gain linear amplifier, for driving load impedances as low as 10 Ohms! Offers a 20 kHz bandwidth.
AVRF-7A-B. A 0 to 750V pulse generator, with pulse widths variable from 150 ns to 10 us, with rise times of 7.5 ns! Other models in the same family offer amplitude/rise time combinations of 100V/1ns, 200V/2ns, 400V/4ns, and 600V/6ns.
AVO-9A3-B. This new 800 mA, 1 MHz laser diode driver provides 0.3 to 2.0 ns (or 0.3 to 4.0 ns) pulse widths with a convenient plug in socket diode mounting and an optional double pulse feature.
AVR-DV1-B. A 0 to +/- 1000V phototriac dV/dt tester. At a typical test voltage of 400V, dV/dt test signals of up to 2 kV/us can be generated. Includes a user-friendly test jig.
AVR-EB4-B. A +2A, -4A reverse recovery time tester with 3 ns switching times, for MIL-STD-750E Method 4031.4 Test Condition B tests. Now includes user-friendly test jigs for tests of common packages. Customized jigs are available.
AVR-EBF6-B. A +100mA to +1A forward recovery time tester with 8, 10, or 12 ns switching times, for MIL-STD-750E Method 4026.3 tests. Includes user-friendly test jigs for tests of common packages. Customized jigs are available.
AVO-9H1-B. A new 200 kHz, 2 Amp, laser diode driver with 1.2 ns rise times. Models in the AVO-9 and AVX-S series can now be provided with separate sockets (one high-bandwidth, and one low-bandwidth) for both sides of a butterfly diode package, for maximum convenience!
AVR-E6-B. This new 100 Volt, 2 Amp pulser provides 8 to 30 ns pulses at PRF to 2 MHz.
AVR-8R1-B. A new 1000 Volt generator for peak power testing of resistors.
AVOZ-D6-B. This new 1000 volt pulser will provide peak currents of up 200 Amps to 5 Ohms or higher loads (peak output power to 200 kW!).
AVR-3HF-B. This new 250 volt pulse generator features a maximum available output power rating of 50 Watts, PRF to 100 kHz and rise and fall times of 10 ns.
AVN-5A-C. This new 0.4 to 1.0 ns pulser provides 30 Volt pulses in the 25 to 100 MHz range and 20 Volt pulses at 200 MHz!.
AVP-AV-HV3-W-B. This 40 volt, 800 mA, 1 MHz pulser is now available with a 0.4 to 4.0 ns pulse width option and a double pulse opton.
